Looking Outward: The Tears We Don’t See
Have you ever looked at the people passing by on a normal morning and truly seen them?
There is a distinct kind of strength walking among us every single day. It’s in the person carrying tears held back so tightly they threaten to burst like a waterfall, yet held in until they reach absolute solitude. It’s in those who have walked away from family or old friends, or been pushed out because they chose to live their personal truth rather than stay safe in a comfortable lie.
They walk through the world alone, guarded, barely offering a smile, yet they keep putting one foot in front of the other.

What drives someone to keep going after years of humiliation, lies, or isolation? Often, these are the same souls who will stand up for anyone else in a heartbeat, yet fear letting anyone stand up for them. In a world now dominated by instant gratification; instant food, instant answers, and snap demands for immediate decisions, true, quiet endurance stands out like a beacon.
When you step outside and look at the vast horizon, nature reminds us that real transformation is never “instant.” Deep roots take time to establish. Choosing your own path may feel isolating, but looking at the wide-open world offers a brief moment of restored perspective. This is where you are allowed to move at your own speed. Allowed to hold your own ground, and take back your confidence to participate in your life.
